Dr. David K. Shelton is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and Wake Forest School of Medicine. With over 20 years of experience as a General Practitioner, Flight Surgeon, and Medical Officer, he’s published widely and taught as a professor for 26 years. Nancy Shelton, RN, graduated from Mercy School of Nursing in Denver and brings hands-on experience in pediatric and geriatric care. A devoted mother and grandmother, she adds warmth and practical insight. Together, they combine professional expertise and personal care to promote long, healthy living.
